The ResortQuest at High Pointe is a luxurious low-rise condominium resort on Florida's scenic gulf coast. The resort overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches for which the area is famous. The resort's condominiums are luxuriously appointed two-bedroom/2 bathroom units complete with a full kitchen - washer and dryer - and accommodation for up to eight guests. Visitors will enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and waterfall around the lagoon pool as well as the tennis courts - children's playground - shuffleboard - and barbeque grills. The on-site Senor Mojitos offers a relaxing location for a meal or a tropical beverage during the summer months. Guests from April to September receive one complimentary drink at the bar each day. All of the areas many beaches - nature preserves - art galleries - and shopping are within a short drive's distance. The ResortQuest at High Pointe - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive.Other Information - Additional Facility and Reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individuals making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further information. All reservations require an advanced payment equal to 15 percent the total cost of the reservation. The balance of will be paid upon check-in together with a cleaning fee is required. Exceptions may apply during holidays- special events or conventions.
