Our rates are based on a minimum one week stay. Many people decide to stay with us for months however those staying less than one week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD deposit are due upon checkin. Deposit is refundable upon checkout contingent on no room damages or outstanding charges. Best of all unlike apartment living there are no application fees credit checks long-term leases nor utility bills to be concerned with. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM and closed on Sunday.
