By staying at these magnificent, waterfront condominiums, you can have access to the beautiful white sandy beach which is located directly across the street. It is also steps away to the Famous Salt Rock Grill. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the sun as you watch the dolphins and boats pass by. The check-in office is located at: 19455 Gulf Boulevard Suite #1, Indian Shores, FL, 33756. Arrive at 19455 Gulf Blvd Suite #1 for check in procedures after 3:00pm of the arrival date at the Reservation Center. Late arrivals pick-up center is located in the front of our offices. Specific instructions will be given regarding an authorization code. This code will permit the guest access to their check-in packet which contains keys and further instructions.
The room will be held regardless of when the guest checks in
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 21 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed.
